Mike is awesome! He is very knowledgeable, patient, empathic, technical, and a very clear communicator. I highly recommend him for winterizing, de-winterizing, and general knowledge about RV's!

I'll start by saying every got off to a good start. Pete was communicative during business hours and ordered parts without the hassle of a deposit. I had left my awning out in a storm and it got all sorts of bent so I sent him pictures and the measurements he requested. He ordered new arms and new fabric. We scheduled Saturday for Mike to come in. I removed the roller and arms leaving only the arm bases on the RV. Got a call Saturday that Mike was already in the area (I'm guessing that local customer and I both got charged a $200 trip charge) and could be there sooner so we adjusted. Mike and his assistant showed up and started work. After a bit Mike informed me that Pete had ordered the wrong size awning. We discussed measuring "fabric length" but apparently the proper measurement to get the right awning is to measure arm to arm. We're already into it I was willing to accept this and keep going. The installation drags out from 2.5 to 4 hours and it's late afternoon. Finally Mike states that the roller is not rolling up. I offered to try to identify the problem, but I may need his help in ordering the right parts, if that would be OK. Mike says he's fine with that, zips ties the a

We requested a complete exterior and roof reseal for our Winnebago Hike 170S travel trailer. The quoted price was reasonable and getting service promptly done at our home versus driving the trailer to and from a traditional service center was very convenient and well worth the travel surcharge to us. The experienced service provider worked with us to find a convenient day/time, arrived promptly, performed the service in an efficient and professional way and made an assessment of our trailer's overall condition as he worked. We inspected his work together and spoke about the trailer in general at the end of the visit. The work conformed perfectly to the quote provided. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and we will not hesitate to reengage RV on Call for future routine and general service needs.

RV on Call did an excellent job. Pete and Mike were easy to work with and reasonably priced. They serviced my rig over Thanksgiving weekend at my home. We're very happy with their service:

I’m planning on buying an RV in Raleigh and I live in New Mexico. Pete came to the rescue. He met the current owner and provided a thorough tire and slide out inspection and service. Having fresh eyes on the couch works. Pete completed a detailed report and recommended some things that should be fixed before we hit the road west. Thanks Pete for timely and superb support.
